Okay... I know you all think that all I'll ever blog about is my kids. Well....for the most part YES!!! They are the most amazing little people I know. They cease to surprise me and always crack me up. Jonathan's little mind never stops... lately he's been coming up with his own philosophy about life. My Dad keeps telling to write these down...so here it goes.
Jon's Philosophy on Life before Creation: "Mommy, before God created the earth we were astronauts floating on the planets. He said he remembered when Daddy caught Joshy when he fell on the planet."
Jon's Philosophy of praying: At night he prayers for everybody.... I mean everybody. One night, he was praying for Uncle Monkey....he reminded God that "you know God Uncle Monkey...He's really Heredes." He likes to clarify everything with God when he prays. He also likes to pray that Jesus "will kill the next door neighbors white dog because he scares me and my baby brother...you know he lives right down there" (he points as he prays). (Don't worry I tell him that we should pray that the neighbors give their dog away not kill him).
Jon's Philosophy of monsters: "Mommy..right...only Jesus can squash and smash the heads of the monsters."
Jon's Philosophy on Mary (mother of Jesus): One day when he went to work with me he met Mary, the cleaning lady. He didn't say anything for awhile. Then all of sudden he came running to me all excited. He said... "Mommy, Mary is cleaning the house.. Jesus' mommy is cleaning Patty's house. He ran up to her and asked her where the baby Jesus was and her husband Joseph."
Okay...so I finally wrote these down. I hope you get a kick out of these as much as I did.

Yes he does say funny things. At the zoo he and Emily fell (they bumped into each other) later he said he was hit by an elephant! I hope Emily didn't bump into him that hard! Made me laugh. He's a cutie for sure!
