Ever since Jon was 18 months he has battled childhood asthma. Then Josh came along and guess what?? He was diagnosed with asthma as well. My kids have been on a daily nebulizer or inhaler of cortisteriods along with Singulair for a very long time. Then the attacks hit and it gets so bad that I lay awake making sure they are really breathing...watching to make sure their lungs don't collapse. We have tried all sorts of homeopathic herbs on them...we take them to the beach to supposedly help them...but the attacks keep coming not as often but when they do it's with a vengeance. Poor Jon is home with Dave today because he was wheezing so bad (even after the albuterol and predinsolone- oral steriod) he couldn't even talk and keeps losing his "cookies" because he is coughing so much. Asthma is the worst!!!! Any help or suggestions is welcome.
