Oh the crazy week we had!!!

Last week...I felt like I was living Oh the Places You Will Go by Dr. Suess because it was definitely a week full of discovery, laughs, love, STRESS, more laughs, and floods, but all in all we survived and lived to laugh some more about it.
Last Sunday I was home with both boys who were sick and the coolest thing happened in our yard. Jon and I discovered a "beautiful" yellow butterfly "bufly"(Joshy language) coming out of its cocoon. We had been watching the cocoon for about a week, but I didn't expect to witness it come out. It was COOL especially for the boys.
That same day Dave came home with Rock Band. He and Joshy were jamming on the drums.

Then of course, Valentine's Day.....Dave and I had a quiet dinner together alone on Wednesday. Thank you Daniel for watching the boys. And my boys really cashed in on good ole V-day. Check it out. Then came the FLOOD. Our neighbors had a pipe gushing water from their bathroom for days apparently that flooded our entire downstairs (along with two other condos) ruining our wood laminate floor. When I discovered the water seeping through the cracks of my floor I literally had a "Panic attack". I told Jon that we had an emergency....he told me to call "911". Not that kind of emergency. Jon (natural born leader) helped me clear the living room and started to help me pop up the floor. He was pretty wohrried (worried) and upset about the whole ordeal. Here's a very funny pic of my big boy who dressed himself because we were a little busy with the emergency.
... oh did I mention David had left his cell phones at the house and no one could find him. I had to call "Holly 911" and she sent Kevin and Joe to help me rip my floors out. When Dave finally arrived he freaked out!!! Oh it was so CRAZY.....but now that all of the floor is ripped up in my front yard and we have 3 fans, one dehumidifier ($200 by the way), and 2 air filters running along with the A/C now for 4 days I feel much better because the insurance adjuster is coming on Thursday.
